Send a Data Deletion Request

To delete your personal data while keeping your HolieMood account active, please send an email to our support team.

Specify What Data to Delete

Please include the following information in your email:

  • The email address associated with your HolieMood account
  • Specify "Data Deletion Request" (not account deletion)
  • List specific data types you want deleted:
    • Saved Bible verses and favorites
    • Personal journey entries and reflections
    • App preferences and settings
    • Usage history and analytics data
    • All personal data (complete reset)

Data Processing & Confirmation

Our support team will process your data deletion request within 3-5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once the specified data has been removed from our servers.

Data Deletion

Account Deletion

Permanently removes your entire account and all data. You cannot use HolieMood anymore. Learn more

Important Notice

Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. However, your account will remain active and you can continue using HolieMood to create new data.
